Set yourself an endurance event time goal (maybe you want to beat your last time) and then train to achieve it. e.g. cross country, triathlon, or a cycle event
My achievement was beating my last time swimming. I know i bet my time because i did much better than the last time.

Gold bar achievement 2- Perserverance
My achievement for this task was to write a piece of writing to enter into a writing competition. This type of writing was poetry. We had to pick something to do a poem about and we had to enter the poem into a writing competition.

Gold bar achievement 1 - Perserverance
My first gold bar achievement was to improve my swimming and set a distance goal. My goal was 2km and i accomplished that by doing midland line swimming we had to swim 10 laps of the pool everytime we when swimming 1km = 40 lengths and 2km = 80 lengths. we had to do this in the blackball pool and i accomplished swimming 80 lengths.
